We also Headhunt for passive candidates to fill the positions. Passive candidates are the ones who do not look for a change of jobs and may not publish their profiles online. We deploy various Headhunting techniques to search for, identify these hidden candidates and attract them to fill client positions. These hard to find talents are targeted through references, networks, attend seminars, visit industrial exhibitions etc. Sometimes, personal meetings with candidates are organized to explain client business to the target candidate and convince them to become open minded for a change. Over the years, we have been able to build our own database through references, networks, and as a result our dependency on job portals is at a minimum.
